I was notified that I won the Frito Lay Big Green Egg on 18 Aug (Hannaford's). I have been waiting for the affidavit. Today. I received an email stating Audrey has voided the envelope 'Please DocuSign these documents: 865-714 EXPLORE THE GRILL-ABILITIES SWEEPSTAKES AT HANNAFORD AFF Has this happened to anyone else? Does it mean I have some how missed the affidavit? Does anyone have a phone number to call? Thank you so much for your help!

Hi, this is the phone number for Young America 1-866-318-9344 they handled the EXPLORE THE GRILL-ABILITIES SWEEPSTAKES for Savemart. That's the number i called when i had issues regarding my win, i also have the email address of the Sweepstakes Program Administrator [email protected] I hope this helps, i got this number and email from other helpful people here on SA. Good luck getting your situation sorted out!!
@phifferj I had a similar issue, I was told that I would receive the affidavit either by mail or email, two weeks later nothing, so I called, and shortly thereafter it was emailed by Audrey Tyler i Docusigned it on 8/14/2013 and then nothing until today 9/9/2013, when I called a second time to verify that I had done all i needed to do and was told it shipped this morning, will keep you posted and congrats on winning your BGE.
I received the DocuSign today. I signed it online and received a completed email. Is that all there is to it or do I have to email/fax something back? I have never used DocuSign before. Looks like there were lots of winners. Congrats to all!

Which promo? The rules should tell you Sponsor/JA [Judging Agency/Agencies]/Fulfillment Company
Most Sponsors do NOT handle administration or fulfillment so the JA is usually who you need to contact/work with.
