Plus Membership

I cant access expiring sweeps. It says for plus members only. They took another $30 from my bank account recently and I am livid because I did not know it was automatic renewal. And to be blocked from plus is even more maddening. I could not find how to give them this issue as contact us leads me no wher but FAQ's. Please help.

Sorry you are having a problem, and hope it will be resolved soon. In the meantime, did you try logging out of SA, and logging into Plus? If you have been charged for Plus, you should be able to log in.
