Possible Sweepstakes Plus Issue

If you are a Sweepstakes Plus member and cannot see the Sweepstakes Plus Forum or do not have the little (+) in front of your username in the forum
please let us know and we will fix this for you. A recent upgrade introduced a forum bug that we are working to correct. Sorry for the problem.

Hi Ken -

I wasn't able to view/access the Plus Member Forum yesterday, but it seems today on my PC at work I was able to (yay). I will check to be sure my Mac will allow me to view it at home as well, and let you know if there are any problems.

To show that you are PLUS in the forums:

Go into your PROFILE and select MY ACCOUNT then select PERMISSION GROUPS:

And check the bubble for:

+Plus Sweepstakes Plus Members Sweepstakes Plus Member Identify me as a member of this group

AND:

For anyone who upgrades to Plus. Sweepstakes Plus is a whole other domain, www.sweepstakesplus.com and is totally separate from SA.

After you submit the order for the upgrade Logout from SA. Go to www.sweepsadvantage.com and click the "Logout" link. Or click Here to Logout from SA. http://www.sweepsadvantage.com/amember/logout.php

Then navigate to Sweepstakes Plus www.sweepstakesplus.com and login.

Here are two ways you can get to your profile.

Using the light green menu bar across the top of the forum, when you click on "Forum" the menu bar right under it says, "New Posts Private Messages FAQ Calendar Community Forum Actions Quick Links"

Click on Forum Actions and you get a drop down menu with three choices. Choose the third one, Edit Profile.



Another way to get to your profile is simply to click on your name, in the left margin of your post. Then brings up options, and you can click on View Profile.
