In what way was it not working?
I just tried it and it did not work in my My Sweeps either.
One thing which was different - I could not see the Save button in the small view. I had to maximize the page, but after I saved, my note did not show up under the sweep.

I use it to note how many times or what time I enter a sweep, and even though I already have some noted, when I hit the post note the window comes up blank and when I enter a note it does not add it to my sweeps. I would not work yesterday either

OK, when I click on POST NOTE, it opens in a new tab: http://www.sweepstakesplus.com/notes.php?id=567367
And when I hit POST NOTE, it reloads the MYSWEEPS tab with the note I posted showing.

I just tested it again. Nothing has changed.
When click on Post Note, I get a little box, just like the one in your link. I have to maximize it in order to see the Save button.

John, I received a reply to my ticket that the staff is looking into it and working on it now.

I hope so too. I just tested it again in Plus and it is not working for me yet. It is not working for you either in SA.
