I've seen alot of wierd things with car accidents. My husbands friend was driving and fell asleep at the wheel, bumped the middle thing, then turned his wheel real fast, and bumped into the side and flipped the car, died instantly.
My accident. A 17 yearold kid, and his friends were driving in his big huge truck that was covered in dirt. He was driving the opposite of me, and cut in front of me to turn down a road. I couldn't stop and we hit. The impact of my van flipped his truck, he landed upside down on top of a tiny little car. No one was hurt, thankfully the truck landed on the hood (where the engine is) instead of on top, or those people would have been crushed.
My daughter was with me, she was 3 at the time. It was a awesome that no one got hurt. But my van was totalled. Come to find out, the boy had no insurance. This was a year ago. He owes $1,000 to me. He's only paid $300.
This is wierd, I just went by his house today, and saw him. I asked him if he was going to pay me. He said he hasn't been working. Whatever so we are going to have to sue him. I really don't want to. But he shouldn't be driving if he can't pay the penalty
