I am having a problem and have been doing sweeps for over 2-3 years now and have never had this kind of issue!!!! I'm so frustrated!!! Anyways, so my husband won the Disney Run Like a Princess instant win. He won the $100 Lady Foot Locker Gift card. Well it said to expect it in about 8 weeks. He won Oct. 27th 2012. My husband has emailed whoever you get when you go to their Official Rules for that promo and it says something like "contact us" or something. Anyway, he emailed and was told "we aren't handling those prizes, and I will check into it, and get back with you" OK so a week or so goes by, he emailed them again telling he was told someone was checking on it and was just wondering if they had found anything out. This was at the end of Dec. The 2nd email was a reply along the lines of "I told you I was checking on it" and it came off as rude to us at least. Anyways, he has now sent another 2 emails and emailed the "help" section on the rundisney webpage, again, no response whatsoever. What do we do here? I mean, no one at rundisney, or the rules people at eprize will respond to even an email!!!! I've never had a problem with eprize and all my husband wants to know is if they know when they will be sending out the giftcard b/c he needs new shoes and would rather use that instead of our cash!!!
Any advice appreciated. OH! He does has the win confirmation number, not that it matters since no one will answer! LOL!!! Is there possibly a phone number for eprize he can call or can someone tell me what my hubby should do?
