Black Friday Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 8:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 18, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 8, 2019 ("Promotion Period"). SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about December 16, 2019, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select One (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner.   2. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. The potential Grand Prize winner will also be sent, via email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and an IRS W9 Form. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Realtime Media within three (3) days of date of issuance. The potential winner then and only then becomes the “winner.” Potential Instant Win winners will receive an email confirmation immediately after playing.
