Found this with google: PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and a guest to a Sponsor-specified location within the 48 contiguous US/DC to share a bowl of The Original SoupMan soup with one or more of the following celebrities: Shaquille ONeal, Reggie Jackson and/or Jason Alexander (Celebrity Meeting). Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winners home to a Sponsor-specified city, 2-nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, Celebrity Meeting (at a time, date and location to be determined solely by Sponsor), airport transfers and a $250 check made payable to the winner. There is no monetary value associated with Celebrity Meeting portion of prize. Winners and guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, upgraded room accommodations, extended stays, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature.
