got 2 cards $10 and $5 so far took $10 to store was invalid called # and they want a verificaion # which i don't have because paperwork says its activated and ready to use went on line with # and the site wont accept the card # just lovely

That sounds like way too much of a hassle! I really hate it when you think you've won a prize and it turns out to be just a lot of work. Maybe a nice little email directly to Subway would get you an apology and new cards.

I hear ya! I took mine to Subway for a sandwich and they said "declined". I didn't hang around to explain "ironic" to them................ :laughing:

I also tried to use the $5.00 GC in Subway. It was declined. I called the number given on the letter from Subway (bottom left) There is sometimes a 20% charge. Read the back of the letter for more details. Also, www.cardbalanceonline.com. GLA

I went on site entered my card say's error so Guess I will have to call # on letter.

I did go and call # on letter and it says I have $10 so lets hope it works when I go to use it

used mine at the grocery store and it worked great, maybe it is just at subway they dont work, good luck to all.
