roboform freezes

Whenever I try to use Roboform (clicking on "Save" or "passcard") it freezes up on me. Is it my computer or does everyone experience that? It is so annoying when I am trying to make time and I am sitting and waiting (feels like forever) for Roboform to finish. any suggestions? Thanks! GLA!

It sounds like it's your computer. Try doing a thorough computer cleanup; delete all history, temporary files, and cookies; run clean disk; run defrag; scan for spyware and delete/quarantine; and run anti-virus program.
