Received an envelope in he mail tonight - wow - it was a letter with a w-9 attached telling me I was a potential first prize winner in the Romano's Macaroni Sweeps - however, it says in the letter "All documents must be properly notarized, postmarked by 12/26/07 and received by Mercury no later than 1/02/07 or prize will be forfeited. My question, all I received was a W-9 and I do not see anywhere on the w-9 to have it notarized - anybody know about this????????

When I had won from them the last sweep or so ago, I got an email with an attachment which were the documents to be filled out and notarized. You may want to contact them. The W-9 would have to be filled out and returned with the signed, notarized document agreeing to the rules, etc., that you should have gotten with everything.

a year's worth of free monthly dinners at a Romano's Macaroni Grill Restaurant in the form of twelve (12) Fifty Dollar ($50) Romano's Macaroni Grill Gift Cards ("Gift Cards"), which will be mailed monthly to each First Prize Winner's home. Actual retail value of each First Prize: not to exceed $600.
