I would like to start a user list of SA Whogets members so that we can vote for each other.

I've had my feelers out there and there are several very organized groups that vote for each other.

Any suggestions on how to get it started?

Yes that helped. I just know of one group that has an alphabatized user list (of whogets user names) that they refer to when each of them are voting. They are winning too.
