What a great prize! Congratulations! Google cedar planked salmon. We do this all the time and the salmon is so good this way on the grill. It's moist and has a hint of smoke. You can go to HD and get UNTREATED cedar fence planks cheap, and have them cut the planks (free) to fit the size of your grill. Just soak them for a couple hours, oil one side (the side the salmon goes on), and oil and season the salmon. Grill the oiled side on high for one minute, flip, put on the seasoned salmon, lid down. It will smoke and be done in 5 or 6 minutes and there is not much better!!
