Just got instant win $25 GC in mail I've won a few cards before but this one has to be registered by filling online form which includes SSN. Anybody know about this? Its a Visa card from US Bank but dont like to give out that info.Thanks
 
I had to do that once but it was only because I wanted to use it online and they needed to have info verified. I had to have an address associated with it. but thats it. I dont remember having to put my SSN though. Thats a little weird.
 
:popcorn: That is a little strange. I have never had to do that before. I have had to phone-in to activate a card, but have never had to give out my SSN other than on affadavits. Will it go through without your SSN?
 
Letter accompanying card said to visit usbankmyaccount.com so thought that was where to activate card and that was where form wanted SSN. Actually it said nothing on card so I'll just try to use it. Since it seems weird to you guys too
I'm not risking it for $25. Thanks.
 
that is really strange. I would not give out my ss number online if there is any chance of it not being real. Good luck on your next win.
 
Most, if not all, cards are loaded and ready to go. I think you must have mis-read the letter. Just use it. It will work just fine.
