Screen shot ? help please

I know how to take a screen shot, but what I need to know is how to get that shot into a post here in the forum. I was one of the many winners in the Hellmans IW yesterday, and was able to get a shot of the win, but can't figure out how to post it. Thanks
 
Hey johnsnook, after I print screen I paste it into a Word document, crop the edges and then upload into imageshack as a jpg. After it loads paste #1 into the "winners' circle" on SA. Hope this helps. There's probably an easier way but this is the way I learned it thanks to 3mnkids.
 
Thanks Dan, I have been saving my shots to Paint, maybe I'll try Word, but I don't know what imageshack is or how to pull it up on my PC. I will run a search 4 it.
 
I can get the screen print here but I just can't get it as big as Dansbrat or the others do. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I have tried different options on image shack.
