Can anyone tell me how you claim Shop your way wins for merchandise? I won a small fridge over the weekend (or Rather got an email saying I did) but no way to claim it unless they sent 2 emails one to let me know I won and one for the claim form which I never saw or missed. Last year I won a power tool and got the email saying I won but again never got any claim for nor the tool. I have sent 2 emails asking them to advise me on how to claim it but no answer yet. Thanks for any help.

But I think the first thing I'd do if I won a merchandise prize would be to make sure I had an address listed in my profile!! If it were me that's really all I'd do. Shop Your Way has a phone number Contact Us, but I think that number is for points ?'s, at least when I called he was like all I do is points stuff..
You mention it was last year you won? That's a pretty long time ago though.

Congrats! Yes, they do send two emails. First they send an email that says you are a possible winner and then you get a private mail from a prize expediter. That's what happened to me when I won some clothing items a couple of weeks ago.
