It's not just you. I hadn't won a regular contest in about a year when I finally won one. A little before christmas I think I won $4 or so in instants, and other than that it had been 50 cents a week or every other week. After 3 weeks of not even that I gave up and quit playing. Especially since my personal shopper sent me an email showing me how she won $16,000 in the last few years.
