Silver Lining to not being able to sleep...

I've been trying to sleep since about 11:00pm since my daughter has dance class at 8am and I have to get up at 6:15am but finally gave around 3am and decided to give my instants a shot and won a $50 gift card on the Meijer recipe voting phase. This is such a blessing because my husband is the sole provider in our home and works for the auto industry and just found out today that for the month of January he will be working only 3 days one week and 2 days the next!
 
congrats!! - this economy thing is really taking a toll - i am in trucking and it is one of the first things to see it - it really made me angry when the economic panel that the government paid bucoo bucks to do a study came out with the us has been in a recession since Dec 07 - its like they could have asked me for a lot cheaper!! the worse part is the panel still sugar coated it - it actually went back to July 07!! Amazing how it comes out after the election too. I agree we are all in for some tough times and the sweeping helps in two ways - one getting your mind off of things and the other is the household income. sorry for the gloom - once again CONGRATS!!!!!!!
 
Congrats.Hope you get lots more wins.We are in the same boat here hubby and I work in the heavy truck ind. building them.I have been laid off since May hubby lucky enough to still be working but supporting a family of 5 is getting harder and harder.Hope everyone gets some good wins We sure gonna need it I think.Enjoy your prize and God Bless.
