I just received a call from Wine Shippers in Chicago regarding their contest for 12 personalized wine glasses (I don't remember the contest but I often don't). When I called them back they wanted to let me know I hadn't won but they were offering Cabernet to all contest entries at $9.00 per bottle. What a crock! Luckily, most contests don't resort to this!
