SOBE Expired Wins

Has anyone notified SOBE regarding the expired drink coupons they sent out? I have 5 that I just received in the last two days. (Expired 11/30/10)
 
The Sobe number is 1-800-316-0299 for replacement coupon. Press "0" to get a customer service rep. The call center is open from 7am to 7pm CST seven days a week. Thank pmeek for that info! I called the other day and they are sending out replacements. Happy Sweeping All and Happy Holidays!
 
Thanks so much drgnldy for the info. I rec'd 3 last week and threw them out since they were expired. I'll give customer service a call.

Why don't they just tell the stores to honor the expired coupons? This must be costing them a fortune in sales rep time, plus mailing out a zillion duplicate coupons. Not to mention sending each one in a separate envelope. Is it just me, or is tis about the most mismanaged program in a while...
 
Thank you DRGNLDY 812. I called them and they are replacing the expired coupons. She said that a postcard was sent out on 12/6/10 explaining that they would be sending replacements, but I haven't as yet, received it. She suggested that people call SOBE, just to make sure they get replaced. I am posting the Sobe # again, for others convenience. Thanks again. SOBE 1-800-316-0299 press "0"
