You must be talking about your server email? or Yahoo? something like that? I had the same problem after I entered a scam contest years ago. Call your provider on how to fix. Well that is what I did and it worked. I hope this helps.

You don't need to change email addresses. just get with your email provider and get a new password. Then change you password every so often so it won't happen again.
same thing happened to me and yes just change your password. someone had actually put me on vacation status and sent emails to EVERyone in my contacts and I could not figure out how the delete their permanent msg of items from china for sale.... anyway if it is hotmail it was easy to delete and fix, AFTER i called my comp geek lil bro. I try to change passwords intermittently and be careful which sites u enter. Always good info.
yeah ... those "phishing" contest sites work on the principle that a lot of people use the same (or similar) password for the "contests" they enter as they do for their email accounts ... unfortunately a lot of people do. and WHAMMM ... you get had!
Never a good idea. Pick some word for contests passwords that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with anything else you've ever used before in your entire life. :crazytongue:
