I just kept clicking the mouse until a hand popped out and saved him....I wasnt sure what to do either. Not even sure if the mouse clicking is what saved him but that's what I did. Hope this helps.

The hand comes out on its own.

I have won a shirt and I did nothing but watch the creepy hand jet out from the left hand side of the game.

So clicking does nothing. I believe...
 
I won one and got it in a few weeks.........hubby went to get a shirt out of the drawer and came out holding it up saying, :scratch: "what is this" a Sour Patch I told him!

It was an XL so be prepared
