Sprint $10,000 Back to School Sweepstakes Official Rules No Purchase Required to Enter or Win

1. Eligibility: Sprint $10,000 Back to School Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands who are eighteen years of age or older. Employees of Sprint Communications Company L.P., or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sprint Communications Company L.P. (the “Sponsor”).

3. Administrator: The Sweepstakes is administered by Prize Logic, LLC (the “Administrator”).

4. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. Entry Periods: The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2019 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on September 5, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries are only valid during this period. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

6. How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must visit www.sprint.com/backtoschool (“Website”) and enter his/her valid e-mail address. If it is the entrant’s first time at the Website, the entrant must provide the required registration information including, but not limited to, his/her first and complete last name (no initials), date of birth, mobile number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, and zip code, and current mobile carrier. Entrant will earn one Sweepstakes entry for registering or logging-in.

Limit: There is a limit of one Sweepstakes entry per calendar day during the Promotion Period.

In the event that a household enters the Promotion using more than five unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays/entries associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion) may be disqualified.

Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: During the Promotion Period, after an entrant has registered, he/she may earn bonus Sweepstakes Entries by completing the following activities:
A. Sprint Customer Bonus Entries:
During the Promotion Period, each entrant who is a Sprint service customer will receive one bonus Sweepstakes entry for each calendar year his/her account has been with Sprint.
Limit: Entrants can earn up to twenty bonus Sweepstakes entries for being a Sprint service customer (bonus entries will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period).

Free Method: To earn bonus Sweepstakes entries without being a Sprint customer, an eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Request”) and mail it with sufficient postage to: Sprint $10,000 Back to School Sweepstakes Customer Bonus Entries, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI USA 48325. All Mail-In Requests must be postmarked no later than September 5, 2019 and received on or before September 12, 2019, in order to be eligible.
Entrant will receive twenty bonus entries into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: one Sprint Customer Mail-In Request during the Promotion Period.

Mail-in Requests must be legibly hand-written. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, Mail-In Requests mailed in an envelope or sent in excess of the stated entry limits will not be accepted. Mail-In Requests received without a verifiable and legible return address and e-mail address will be deemed incomplete and not a valid request.

B. Switch to Sprint, Activate a new line of service or Upgrade phone: During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may follow the links and instructions to either switch his/her service to Sprint or, if entrant already has Sprint service, he/she can add a line or upgrade his/her device on sprint.com to earn twenty bonus entries into the Sweepstakes.
This action can be completed one time during the Promotion Period.

Free Method: To earn bonus Sweepstakes entries without upgrading, adding a new line of service or switching to Sprint, an eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, phone number and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Request”) and mailing it with sufficient postage to: Sprint $10,000 Back to School Sweepstakes Switch to Sprint/Upgrade/Add a line Bonus Entries, P.O. Limit: one Switch to Sprint/Add a line/Upgrade Mail-In Request during the Promotion Period.

Mail-In Requests received without a verifiable and legible return address and e-mail address will be deemed incomplete and not a valid request.

C. Play the Instant Win Game: After registering or logging-in, the entrant may then follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game (“Game Play”). After the Game Play, the entrant will receive notification on the Website screen as to whether he/she is a potential “Instant Winner” (“Notification”). Each entrant will automatically receive one bonus entry into the Sweepstakes after playing the Instant Win Game. Each entrant who receives a winning Notification will be deemed a potential Instant Winner subject to verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Notification should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning Game Play have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Game Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void, and will not be honored. There is a limit of one Game Play per day.

D. Tweet @Sprint on Twitter: The content included in the bonus entry will not be judged or used in any way to determine the winners. An entrant will receive one bonus entry into the Sweepstakes for Tweeting and using the hashtag. There is a limit of one Tweet per day during the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may:

I. Sign into his/her Twitter account (entrant may create a Twitter account for free if he/she does not already have one);

II. Become a follower of @Sprint on Twitter (if not already following @Sprint). There is no charge to sign up for Twitter or to follow @Sprint;

III. and Compose a new Tweet showing or telling us how you would use the money to get ready for back to school. including the hashtag “#WinWithSprintSweepstakes” to receive (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes Twitter: An entrant can create a Twitter account at no cost by visiting www.twitter.com. Please note that an entrant must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Service (https://twitter.com/en/tos) and Privacy Policy (https://twitter.com/privacy). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter and Twitter does not have any responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Promotion or prizes. Entrants agree to release Twitter from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.
 
E. Upload a Photo: During the Promotion Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions on the Website to upload a “school photo” for the online yearbook. Photos must be in .JPEG, .JPG, or .GIF format (no PDFs will be accepted) and may not exceed 8 MB. Upon the successful submission of the Photo upload, an entrant will receive one bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of two Photo uploads during the Promotion Period but only one bonus entry will be awarded.
Tweet and Photo Entry Requirements: All Twitter and Photo bonus entries must comply with the following restrictions:
 Twitter bonus entry must contain the hashtag “#WinWithSprintSweepstakes”;
 Twitter bonus entry must comply with Twitter terms of use located at https://twitter.com/tos/  By submitting a Tweet/Photo, you represent that it (a) was created by you, (b) does not infringe the rights of any third party, (c) has not previously been entered in any other contest, and (d) has not been previously published in any medium.  Tweets/Photos that are lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, obscene, non-family-friendly, or that otherwise contain inappropriate content or objectionable material may not be submitted and may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
 Tweets/Photos cannot contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by any third party, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, other than the Sponsor’s;  Tweets/Photos cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images);  Tweets/Photos cannot include the name, likeness, photograph, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without written permission from that person;  Tweets/Photos cannot promote illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;  Tweets/Photos cannot describe or depict any illegal activity or violation of any state or federal law;  Tweets/Photos must not include any personally identifiable information (full name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.);  Tweets/Photos must not contain, facilitate, reference or use material that contains prohibited content which shall include, but is not limited to content that promotes, suggests, or encourages:

If any Tweet or Photo fails to comply with any of these Entry Requirements or any other provisions of these Official Rules, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant.
By submitting a Photo, entrant grants Sponsor and its agents an unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license and right, but not obligation, to publish, reproduce, exhibit, use, publicly display, distribute, edit, crop or otherwise exploit and create derivative works of the photo (as well as any name or likeness embodied therein) in any way, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without limitation, and without further consideration or approvals. Each entrant waives any intellectual property rights, publicity/privacy rights or other legal or moral rights relating to such use. Free Method: To earn bonus Sweepstakes entries without downloading the My Sprint Rewards App, an eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, phone number and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Request”) and mailing it with sufficient postage to: Sprint $10,000 Back to School Sweepstakes My Sprint Rewards App Bonus Entries, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI USA 48325. All Mail-In Requests must be postmarked no later than September 5, 2019, and received on or before September 12, 2019, in order to be eligible.
Entrant will receive twenty bonus entries into the Sweepstakes.

7. Drawing: On or about September 16, 2019, the Sponsor will select the potential winners in a random drawing of all eligible Entries received for the Entry Period. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner on or about September 20, 2019. If the prize goes unclaimed after three attempts to contact the potential winner the prize will not be awarded.
In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email address, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void his/her Entry) it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or website, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

8. Requirements of Potential Winner: Potential winner will be required to complete and return [1] an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) and [2] an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law within five days of being notified. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the required documentation within the required time period, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all entries received.
 
9. PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

D. Odds of Winning/Limit: The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on when the entrant completes a Game Play. Instant Win Game Prizes will be made available at random times throughout the Promotion Period. To be a potential winner of an Instant Win Game Prize, an entrant’s Game Play must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator. If a Game Play does not occur at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then the next entrant’s Game Play to occur after that time will be deemed a potential Instant Winner. The number of Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes are awarded and claimed.
 
E. General: In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. 10. Privacy and Publicity: All information submitted by entrants in the Sweepstakes will be treated according to Sprint’s Privacy Policy, available at www.sprint.com/privacy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

11. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

12. Warranties and Consents: By completing and submitting an entry, you: (a) represent and warrant that (i) you have read, and agree to be bound by, these Official Rules per the instructions included in the Sweepstakes tweet and any applicable policies or procedures posted by Twitter, (ii) based on the Official Rules, you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, and (iii) you are the creator of any content or materials in your Entry, all of the information provided as part of your Entry is accurate, does not violate any third party’s legal rights (including without limitation rights of privacy and publicity, or intellectual property rights), your Entry has not been previously published, and otherwise does not violate applicable law; (b) consent to the use of your name and/or likeness and your Entry by the Sponsor for promotional purposes (whether online, in print or through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation or authorization unless prohibited by law; and (c) agree to be bound by the interpretations of these Official Rules by the Sponsor which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (d) acknowledge
that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Twitter.

13. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Twitter, Sponsor, their parent companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

14. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Kansas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.

15. Winners List: To obtain a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope to: Sprint $10,000 Back to School Sweepstakes – Winners List Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Winners’ List requests must be received by October 5, 2019.
