Still waiting on your Rusk Lucky Breaks prize?

I just went to Rusk's Facebook page as I have been for the past couple of weeks trying to figure out why so many of us still haven't received our prizes and here's what they posted on their wall today:

All, sorry for the delay and frusteration in getting you your product from Lucky Breaks. If you still haven't received your product, please contact [email protected]. She'll make sure you're taken care of.

So, if you haven't gotten your prize then you may want to email them and let them know. I'll post on here when I hear back from them. Good luck and I hope we ALL get our prizes! This has just been ridiculous!
 
Thanks for sharing the contact info, I just sent an email too. I wonder if there was a mistake and everyone received a "congrats" email, I have seen a lot of people who won this one.

hopefully we will all get our hair products soon!
 
I finally received mine last week, after contacting them twice. Good luck all I hope you get yours. Fedex dropped of mine
 
Both my husband and I won the shampoo from Lucky Mag and neither one of us has received it yet. We forwarded our winning emails to Carina Berlin but haven't even gotten a reponse, let alone the shampoo. Hope we hear something or receive the shampoo soon because I am getting low on shampoo and would hate to buy some just to receive the free shampoo the next day! :laughing:
 
Ok............so I finally got a reply and was told I'd receive mine by Monday. So here's to hoping I actually get it this time!
 
So......I like hundreds of others never received my Rusk Deepshine Oil shampoo and conditioner from the Lucky Breaks sweeps that ended back in Sept. or Oct. After a month of checking Rusk's FB page they finally posted an email address for us to contact which is [email protected] for those of you who still haven't gotten yours. I got a reply saying I'd receive it by Monday and UPS just showed up with it today with a ton of full-size freebies! If you haven't got your prize yet I strongly advise you to email them at the address I posted. They have definitely made up for their mistake by throwing in all the great freebies!


P.S. It may take a little while for them to email you back but they are diligently working to get product out to everyone who won.

I am glad someone is getting their prize. :headbang: Hubby and I both supposedly won and neither of us has received our prize. :cussing: We have each sent an email twice, forwarding our winning email each time. The first time, I heard back saying I would have my prize in a week ... that was about a month ago. My husband didn't even get a reply to his first email. We emailed again on Thurs of this week. My husband got a reply on Friday stating he would have his prize within the next ten days ... my second email has thus far been ignored :scratch: . I don't know if they chose too many winners or what but I am not impressed with the way fulfillment is (or should I say ISN"T :error: ) being handled.
 
I have emailed twice, got a response the second time saying it should arrive in 8 days... but I am still waiting.
