SWEEPS not adding to my sweeps

for the last 2 days when I go thru the new sweeps and check add to my sweeps, they do not add to my sweeps ???? whats up

Hi John, We have been checking the 'save my sweeps' and have been unable to duplicate that problem today in both reg/plus, If you installed anything new lately make sure your installed pop-up blockers are not blocking pop-ups from "www.sweepsadvantage.com"

sweeps check is not working in expiring sweeps - help!!! i have tried on different computers and still nothing - also do you send out a notice when before your sweeps plus expires for the year??

I do not know the answers, so I will bring your questions to the admin's attention. Could you explain what happens when you can't save expiring sweeps?

From my experience, I usually have to clear cookies before I see a Save button for expiring sweeps. I tested it just now and that is what happened. I could not save, then I cleared cookies and could see the Save button and save.
