I upgraded to Sweeps Plus and am totally lost. I went to new sweeps and custom sweeps and did everything under the sun to save the ones I wanted to my sweepstakes and there is no add to my sweeps, or anything. I watched all the videos, but there is no way to save anything. I will go back to using the free site instead. Money lost!!

Just responded to you via helpdesk ticket. There is no "add to my sweepstakes" under Plus. You use the drop down list to add sweeps to default or custom categories that you create.
 
It wont even let me create a custom category. It won't even let me log out and then back in. I logged out, re-booted and nothing.
 
Sorry you are getting frustrated. Sweeps Plus should work and not be difficult to learn. Take a break, and I will try to walk you through it. You can PM me and I will reply with some step-by-step instructions you can try.

I joined Sweeps Plus and after 4 hours of trying to get it to work, I give up. I tried creating my own custom category and it would not let me. I tried to logout so I could reboot and start fresh, it wouldn't let me logout. I tried everything the videos showed me and it did not work. I went back to the free version and decided to save the custom and facebook in folders I created to enter on my own time. I don't have the time and patience to try and figure this out. I paid $30 for a membership I won't use. My loss.
 
plshearin - I'm wondering if the new firewall is causing your issues - please do have Ken check out your account by submitting a ticket to the HelpDesk

Thanks for merging and suggesting the possibility of the firewall. I thought of it too, but didn't know if it could cause these problems.

Hope it all gets resolved, and plshearin, hope you will be happy!
 
The learning curve can be interrupted by so many outside influences, it's impossible for us to know but Ken can figure it out!
