The SA Newsletter dated 6-16-2011 was the last SA newsletter I have received. Since then nothing. I have [email protected] added in my list of approved contacts so it should and has been going directly to my inbox. But not anymore. Why? I have set up a "ticket problem" as Amy suggested.

I agree. Ken needed a vacation and I second, that it is a WELL deserved one!!
