I am considering purchasing sweepstakes plus. What is the difference in sweeps between sweepstakes plus and the free sweepstakes?

There are some really good posts explaining this. I'll look for them and post the links. For now, the short version is that you will see the same sweeps at SA and SP, but at SP:

  So, the sweeps listings are free at SA and are the same listings as SP. Why sign up for SP then?
  ---There are additional tools and features that you will find on SP (for example, you can make your own customized lists of sweeps, there are no pop-up ads...), plus for only 8 cents per day, you can show your support for this great site, which could, but does not charge for all the listings, tools, features etc. which are already existing and constantly upgraded.

  I was wondering if any of you have purchased the SA sweepstakes upgrade membership, and if so, do you feel is is worth the $30.00? I have been kicking around the idea for the past week on whether or not purchase the membership. Thanks!!

  
  

  Definitely worth the $30 if you enter a lot of sweeps. I have been using Sweepstakes Plus for about 8 months, and it's so convenient to be able to create your own folders and divide up your Sweeps in the way that works for you. I've found it a huge time saver, and as we all know: 'more sweeps in less time = more wins!' Go for it, it's definitely worth the money. Also, these are good hard-working people here at SA, who deserve our support.
  For example, they could have chosen the greedy path and given the paying section access to a larger data base than the free section, the way some site do. Instead they chose the honorable path, with the same data base for all and just pay for more features if you want to.

In a nutshell? The tools. The ability to put the sweeps into *your* categories, is perfect for odd entry IW's and Facebook sweeps! Sweeps Pop, Notes, and us sharing tips & UPC's in Comments are just icing on the cake!

Our admin/owner {Ken} wisely chose to NOT charge for something you can find all over the net for free {listings} but instead chose to charge for his own labor, so if you are a serious sweeper who likes to quickly and easily enter, SP is for you!!!

ps - ALL sweeps are "free" and SA list the same sweeps as SP - SP does run sweeps for SP members only, but they are the only exception. :wave:

As a brand new Plus member, the tools alone have helped alot! Once I categorized things the way I wanted them, I was able to enter even more because of the time freed up by not having to scan over contests that are weekly entry or some oddball entry like the papajohns that only runs Fri, Sat and Sun. I Went from just a few FB sweeps to almost 100 in a day or so. If you aspire to sweep, then I'd recommend it.

thank you for your response. How much time would you say it freed up. I usually sign up for around 100 sweepstakes a day and it take about an hour and half
