I had the same problem; I hope it's not a glitch - like we didn't really win.
If you look at the bottom of the login screen, you'll see FAQ. Click on that and then at the bottom of the next screen is a box to send a message, although I had to click "movie ticket issue". I did that last night; we'll see if they respond and what they say.
