By submitting an Entry, Entrant irrevocably grants to Sponsor and their respective agents an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, unconditional, gratis license and right to edit, modify, adapt, distribute, stream, post, publish broadcast, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publicly display, exhibit, and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) the Entry and all elements thereof in whole or in part, including any persons or likeness embodied therein (in each case, as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) as well as the Entrant’s image, name, voice and/or likeness or other personal information, or any derivative thereof, in any way, and may use them in any and all media including but not limited to social media channels, radio, television, print media, advertising material, internet and websites, and magazines, now or hereafter devised, , worldwide, in perpetuity, without attribution, permission, notification, further compensation or consideration, and without notice, review or approval from Entrant or any other party, except where such use is prohibited by law.
SUBMITTING AN ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ENTRANT’S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE AND TRANSFERENCE TO SPONSOR OF ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE ENTRY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS.

All federal, state, local, sales, income taxes and other taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By submitting an Entry, winners and Entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, their advertising and promotion agencies, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors , agents, and employees (the "Released Parties"), from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
