SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Chartway Federal Credit How Fit Are Your Finances Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, February 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday March 31, 2019 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes period consists of (9) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”), each with its own entry deadline (as further described below).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are age 18 or older at the time of entry (“Participant”).
Employees, representatives, or agents of Chartway Federal Credit Union (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Next, click the “Enter” button and complete the quiz by answering (5) survey questions to earn (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”).

You will earn (1) Entry regardless of the answer you receive on the quiz.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Grand Prize: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by a designated representative of the Sponsor by the email and/or phone number used at the time of entry, on or about the date specified in the Drawing Period/Prize Description Schedule above.
The designated representative will make a minimum of (2) attempts to contact the eligible winner within (72) hours of the Drawing Date.

Daily Prizes: The potential Daily Prize Winners will be notified by a designated representative of the Sponsor by the email and/or phone number used at the time of entry, on or about the dates specified in the Drawing Period/Prize Description Schedule above.
The designated representative will make a minimum of (2) attempts to contact each eligible winner within (72) hours of the Drawing Date.

If an eligible winner cannot be contacted within (72) hours of the Drawing Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the applicable prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.


No one is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Before being declared a Confirmed Prize Winner, the potential winner will be required to sign and return, within (72) of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability Release, and where allowable, a Publicity Release.

The potential Grand Prize Winner will also be required to sign and return an IRS W-9 form. These releases will require the eligible winner to furnish his/her TIN for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing. The prize package will be awarded within approximately 15 days after the winner is verified.

Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the winner cannot accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (as applicable), or any other expenses in connection with the acceptance, receipt use and/or misuse of prize not specified.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners acknowledge that Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered.
