4. RANDOM DRAWINGS:

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”): All eighteen (18) prizes, with a total ARV of $198,824, are available to be won as follows:

A. (17) Grand Prizes (one per Entry Period): A (5)-day/four (4)-night trip for winner and up to (5) travel companions (except for Long Island, Nueva York destination which will only include up to (3) travel companions) to a Sponsor-specified beach house rental (“Beach House”) in the Grand Prize Trip Destination (“Destination”) indicated in the chart in Rule #4.

Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home to Destination, Beach House accommodations (occupancy per room varies by Beach House), ground transportation from/to airport/Beach House and $3,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check to winner). For purposes of the Sweepstakes, a Beach House is defined as a house that is located within close proximity (in Sponsor’s discretion) to an ocean, lake or river.
Winner’s travel companions must be 21 years or older (except as specifically stated in the next sentence) at time of travel and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel.
Each Grand Prize winner, or at least one of each Grand Prize winners’ travel companions must be 25 years of age or older at time of travel.
Grand Prize winners and their travel companions will be provided with a list of amenities included with their respective Beach House.
Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges, taxes, travel and other insurance, additional transportation, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature.

Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely be Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. Actual retail value of each prize may vary and will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Sponsor is not responsible for, and winner will not receive, any difference between the actual value and ARV of a prize.

Prizes are subject to additional restrictions. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her respective travel companions must travel on same itinerary. If a Grand Prize winner lives within a 250-mile radius of Destination, winner will receive a $500 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation for air travel will be provided. Trips must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor; dates of departure/return are subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion. Travel is subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply. If a Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified, prize will be forfeited and time-permitting, an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries for that Grand Prize Entry Period. All travelers must have valid travel documents (i.e., government-issued photo ID) prior to departure. Grand Prize winners and their respective travel companions must agree to adhere to all Beach House property rules and regulations while on premises and must sign additional documents agreeing to such rules and regulations prior to travel. Grand Prize winners will be required to provide a valid credit card to Administrator prior to Beach House check-in. Any damage made to the Beach House and/or Beach House property during a winner’s stay is the sole responsibility of that winner and the winner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor harmless from any such damage. Administrator and/or Sponsor reserve the right to collect the cost of any damage done to the property from the Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner agrees to same. In the event Grand Prize winner or travel companions engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and travel companions home with no further compensation to the Grand Prize winner. No alcohol is included with any Grand Prize. In the event Grand Prize winner or his/her travel companions consume alcoholic beverages (none will be provided by Sponsor) while participating in any Grand Prize-related activities, they do so at their own discretion and agree to hold Sponsor and its agencies harmless from any subsequent damages or third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption.

B. One (1) First Prize – An “At-Home” Corona® Beach Prize Pack (ARV $599). No alcohol is included with prize.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by phone/email. Administrator will make three (3) phone calls within a 24-hour period in an attempt to reach the potential Grand Prize winners. Messages will not be left. Once a Grand Prize winner has been contacted and verified over the phone, he/she will be required to complete and return via email/fax/mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Beach House Occupancy Release (which lists all Beach House Property Rules and Regulations and will be attached to Affidavit), a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Potential First Prize winner will be required to provide additional information (e.g., date of birth, mailing address, etc.) to the Sponsor/Administrator, within one (1) to two (2) business days of notification, to facilitate verification of eligibility. Noncompliance within any specified time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or declining a prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and time-permitting, selection of an alternate First Prize or Grand Prize winner, as applicable, in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries for that prize for that Entry Period, as applicable. First Prize winner’s prize will be shipped within 6-8 weeks after notification.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes. Grand Prize Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Administrator for the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded. Failure to complete travel does not relieve winner of his/her tax obligations associated with acceptance of a prize. Resale of prizes is prohibited. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for a prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winners will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of permitted Entries and/or if Sponsor or Administrator suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods, Sponsor and Administrator will void that entrant's Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. 9. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively before a court having jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois.
