what is that and how do I see words.

Not 100% positive, but I think you have to download an adobe reader - they are free.

You can't read a .pdf in wordpad (uh, you've noticed this already). Can you save it and then open it with adobe?
Hopefully this is an affy that is an email attachment? My computer person is asleep so I can't scream for help as I normally do when things do not work.

thanks guys. not an affy  I was trying to see this.. http://appropriations.house.gov/pdf/PressSummary01-15-09.pdf the stimulus bill..

I downloaded adobe again and when I tried the first time I got the same thing.. tried again and it said it had an error and had to close. third time was the charm. Its working now.

Government documents are always a pain to open, I do not know why? I only read the CDC ones...and they generally take several tries. Sorry it was not an affy!
