Yesterday, the site showed that I am this week's winner of the picture I voted for. I didn't see any way to respond so I called a number I found. The woman said I was supposed to get an email with instructions, but no email, yet. I don't know what to do...I've been entering this one for years and I don't want to lose it. The site still shows my name as winner today. Can someone who has won before help me out? Thanks...

I have not entered this or won, but there are a few things I can think of. You probably did this already, but...
Check your junk mail.
Check your recently deleted messages/recent trash.
If you don't see anything, you could call the phone number again and let them know you don't see any email from them. Ask them to re-send it, and verify that they have the correct email address for you.
If you have an email address where you can contact them, you could also email to confirm your phone calls, so you have something in writing, with a date attached to it. I just checked the entry page for an email address. In the top right corner, where it says email - I clicked on it but got an Error Page. But, there is another option...
On the entry page, right under the photo of Thomas Kincaid, there is a gray menu bar going across the page. I clicked on Contact and a page came up where you can put in your name, email and message. I would definitely try that. There is one for Sales and one for Service. Maybe Service?

Hi...you are my Hero! I found the Kincaid email in my trash. I don't know why I didn't think to look there. Thank you SO much for contacting me...you are the only one who answered. As I said, I have been entering this one for literally years and was so surprised and delighted to win.
