Occasionally, a sponsor chooses to end a sweepstakes early, or the date in the official rules was incorrect, who knows?? According to the rules, this one just began on 4/16/12. Maybe contact them, or try again in a few days/weeks?
Official Rules say, "The Promotion begins April 16, 2012 at 10:00:00 am. U.S. Eastern Time (ET) and ends September 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. ET (Promotion Period)."
As you said, when you try to enter it says, "Unfortunately this promotion has ended. (April 22, 2012 5PM)"
