trouble with google update 9/26

Is anyone else having problems with sweepspop since the google update last night? Now, when I try to open a page of sweeps (20 at a time), the first 2 open as tabs at the top of the page, then the rest open almost like popups with a smaller screen and no toolbar at the top of the page. I can enter them like this, but it is time consuming. I haven't been able to find a setting to correct this. Any ideas?

When I check all sweepsPoP boxes, then launch, only 2 sweeps will open at once. Such a bummer, It has really slowed me down. I'd be so grateful for help, thanks.

me too!! anyone know how to make this stop. I went to the pop up thing and put SA in as a site to accept popups and it isn't showing that there are any being blocked. I don't like this. Definitely slowing me down too!!!!

:sunny: Look under General Sweepstakes Talk as other members are posting about this problem. Seems it is only happening in Chrome and Ken tried something that worked for him.

Something must have changed in Chrome. Try this it worked for me. In Chrome go to settings.

chrome://chrome/settings/

click Advanced Settings

click Content Settings

Go to the Pop ups section and click Manage Exceptions

Add www.sweepstakesplus.com and www.sweepsadvantage.com to the exceptions list and click OK. May have to restart.

For anyone still having problems with only 2 tabs opening....install the Google Chrome free extension called "One Window". It takes care of the problem. I really didn't want to switch from Google Chrome, so did a lot of experimenting to find a fix. I've used it now for the past couple of wks. The one time it didn't work, I just had to go back into my extensions and click reload. It had disabled itself when my computer shut down with an issue.

I tried the "one window". It did not work well either, it opened several sweeps two or three times. (go figure???). After a week or so messing with chrome, I switched back to Firefox and all is working fine.
