Turn around time????

I was just wondering the turn around time others have had on winning a prize from sweeping, even a small prize. :scratch:

Are you asking about how long it takes to get the prize?

If yes, it varies, but most will tell you in the rules. For IW's, they usually state 8-10 weeks from the END of the promotion.

Keep an eye on the COMMENTS under an IW to see if they vary - the CamelSnus.Com - Pleasure Switch Challenge does {I won 7/23 and got it on 8/15} and people are getting their wins from the Hasbro.com - Join the Jedi Contest & Sweepstakes already too.

Ah I see bethanyhalverson402 - it took me 6 months of daily entering. :crazytongue:

But when the dam broke? WOWSA!!! I started winning 3 - 4 times a week, sometimes that much in a day! :laughing:

There is no right or wrong answer. The number entered for one person could be way to many for someone else. Concentrate on those sweeps that list a prize you want, need or could use. You'll find your own personal daily entry level.

Well, it varies. That first 6 months I practically lived online, entering anything and everything - that meant I fell into the whole "why can't I win, why do the same people always win" whine cycle :crazytongue:

Later, I figured out that not everyone posts their wins while some posted everything, so it just looked like they always won. :laughing:

Some swear by quantity, while others prefer quality, so each of us has to decide what's more important; our time, or winning anything to say we won.

I used to be about quantity, now I'm about quality, so how many I enter is just a number that changes all the time.

I focus more on getting in at least an entry - I've won an unlimited with just one entry, and I swear by:


The Sweeper's Credo:

Enter and forget it.

Always be happy for those who win - even when they win "your" prize - and be positive you will win.

Sweeping is a hobby that is all about timing. Especially for those elusive instants! IF you enter at the exact right moment, you will win.

If not? Sad to say you won't. But I assure you - it's nothing personal, and those who win a lot don't have any "secrets" - they are just consistent, persistent, and patient.

I really believe that if you go into it thinking you can't win, well, you'll MAKE yourself right so often you'll start believing it!!!

I truly do believe you have to have a positive attitude - don't get hung up on what others are doing - just focus on entering, then move on to something else - like posting so we can get to know you!!!

So hang in there - and enter, enter, enter - and you'll be posting a win before you know it!!! And remember - every day brings new opportunities to win!!!
