Twitter direct message question

I was notified few days ago via direct message on twitter by eBay that I won $100 in their Valentine's Day Tweet Sweepstakes. They asked for my address to mail the prize, and they wanted me to provide it via DM also. Well, here is the problem: they don't follow me on twitter, and because of that I can't send them a direct message with my info. I tried to tweet @eBay to please follow me so I can send you my info, but so far nothing has happened.
I would hate to miss out on this prize, in this economy every little cash prize can be so useful. But I don't see the way to provide them with the info they requested.
I called eBay, but they were not helpful at all, the first lady told me that if someone is asking for my info, it is a scam for sure (and I know this is legit), after they just transferred me from one to another and I haven't resolved anything.

What do you think I should do?

I did - few times since Monday, when I was notified. But I had no response, and obviosly I am not going to tweet my address this way for everyone to see.... I just tweeted that I am not able to contact them because they are not following me. :scratch:

I just heard back from the Tenthwave. They made sure eBay was following me on twitter and I was able to send them a DM with my info.
