Gotta agree that when things are slow Goodreads books are a real boost ! Won a book yesterday and one today. I do try to read and review the ones I win. They are not always books I'd normally buy or borrow, but the diverse subjects make my reading list pretty interesting !

You're right. I, too, have won several books I would never have purchased. I have now been exposed to fiction literature which is so much better written that the regular fiction I have been reading for so long. I'm a mystery and crime reader and I love my authors, but it's nice to broaden my experience. Congratulations on your win...enjoy.
