Tyvek instant win??

As you can see this is my first post, but I have had a several pretty good wins for a beginner since I started sweeping this month, thanks to SA!!

I have posted a screen shot, now tell me what you think about this craziness?? It says winner, but the arrow is not pointing to anything, and I did not get a confirm email.

QUESTION?? Who do I contact about this, I couldn't find anyone to email, when I checked the official rules.

Thanks for suggestions and I'll keep you guys updated!
 
As for the win, it is usually a randomly generated time and has nothing to do with what shows up on the screen. I have had screens that show a winning combination that were not winners and screens that said sorry that turned out to be winners, go figure! The confirmation emails sometimes take a little bit of time to arrive. If you still have not received an email, there is a link on the first page to "contact Dupont", bottem right hand corner.

Thanks! Well, I just found an email address for the company sponsoring the sweeps and I contacted them, so maybe I'll hear something back?? The 250 gift card would be a swell prize :laughing:

I spoke with Aaron on the phone today (I'm the wife he mentions, I entered this contest for my husband) and here is the email he sent me:

I just tried calling and spoke quickly with your wife. She indicated that
