UPS Delivery Notification!

I got an email today from UPS that says I have a 7 lb package coming from HELGESON ENTERPRISES. I haven't received any sort of notice of winning anything lately so I have no clue what it could be! (Excited!!) Anyone else get this?
 
Not that i got an e-mail or a winning page from so I can't imagine. I feel like a little kid on Christmas! tehehehe

Congrats... I was wondering, I get UPS/FEDex/USPS emails all the time in my email spam box all the time, that says there is a package coming, but nothing ever does. How do you know what is legiminate email and what is actually true??
 
If it is real it won't ask for your contact info as they already have it and it will have a tracking number. The one's in your spam are usually Phishing for your info or a virus.
