Just got my affy from Wendy's IW of burgers for a year... I've never had to fill one of these out before! It says I have 7 days to return it, and after my signature it has a space for a notary...
Do I really need to get this notarized? If so, where on earth do I find a Notary who can do it that quickly? :scratch: Please help.
