Yesterday I got a check in the mail from the company that apparently handles customer complaints for the Subway contest......for those who remember, I had won a movie code from the game and when I took it to my theater to go see the movie, I was told that my code was invalid, so I had to pay for the ticket in the end.....When I wrote to complain to Subway about that (plus all the chip fiasco that we all seemed to experience) I got two letters back...one directly from Subway apologizing for the problems and letting me know they would send me 3 $5 subway gc to make up for it (which I have already received and used :laughing:) and another email from this other company saying that if I would send them my movie ticket stub and a copy of my movie code they would "make it right"....They sent me a check to reimburse me for the ticket I bought.
The subway game has been a pain, but I respect them for doing what they can to make things better!
