1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2019 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”) and consists of four (4) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as outlined in the chart below:

Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent Entry Period drawings. The Administrator’s computer is the Sweepstakes official clock.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may visit
https://seehappysweepstakes.com (“Website”) and complete and submit the registration form including, but not limited to: his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, and ZIP code. Upon the successful submission of the registration information, an entrant will receive (1) entry into applicable Entry Period.
Additional Sweepstakes Entries: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may earn additional entries by completing the activities below:
A. Log-In Daily: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may visit the Website and enter his/her e-mail address to earn (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period.
There is a limit of (1) entry per day for logging-in during the Sweepstakes Period.
B. Share on Facebook: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to share a pre-populated message about the Sweepstakes containing a unique link on Facebook. For each friend who clicks on the unique link in the Facebook post and registers for the Sweepstakes, entrant will earn (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period.
Limit: (5) entries total via this method.
C. Share on Twitter: After registering for the Sweepstakes, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to share a pre-populated message on Twitter about the Sweepstakes containing a unique link. For each friend who clicks on the unique link in the Tweet and registers for the Sweepstakes, entrant will earn (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period.
Limit: (5) entries total via this method.
D. Read Articles: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to read various articles posted and shared by Sponsor. Entrant will earn (10) entries into the applicable Entry Period for reading the provided articles.
Limit: Entrant may read (1) article per Entry Period and earn (10) entries per Entry Period via this method.
E. Take a Survey: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to take a survey. Entrant will earn (10) entries into the applicable Entry Period for taking the survey.
Limit: Entrants may take (1) survey and earn (10) entries via this method.
F. Find a Doctor: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to find a local VSP network doctor who participates in the Premiere Program. Entrant will earn (15) entries into the applicable Entry Period for using the tool to find a local doctor.
Limit: Entrants may find (1) doctor per Entry Period and earn fifteen (15) entries per Entry Period via this method.
G. Opt-In to Receive Emails: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to opt-in to receive marketing e-mails, newsletters, promotions, etc. from Sponsor. Entrant will be able to opt-out of e-mails at any time. Entrant will earn (20) entries into the applicable Entry Period.
Limit: Entrants may opt-in (1) time during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
H. Visit Open Enrollment: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to visit VSP open enrollment. Entrant will earn (10) entries into the applicable Entry Period for clicking on the link to visit VSP open enrollment. Entrant does not have to sign up for open enrollment to earn entries.
Entrant may click the link to visit VSP open enrollment (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
I. Visit the Savings Calculator: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to use the savings calculator to see his/her personal annual savings.
Entrant will earn (15) entries into the applicable Entry Period for clicking on the link to use the savings calculator.
Entrant may click the link to the savings calculator (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
J. Watch a Video: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to watch a video. Entrant will earn (10) entries into the applicable Entry Period for watching a video.
Entrant may watch a video (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
K. Create a VSP Account: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to create a VSP account (“Account”). Entrant must have a VSP plan in order to create an Account.
Entrant will earn (25) entries into the applicable Entry Period for created an Account.
i. Mail-In without a Purchase: To earn Sweepstakes entries without creating or having a VSP plan an Account or if entrant already has an Account, an entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. L. Play an Adver Game: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions to play an adver gamey play for fun (“Adver Game”).
Entrant will receive (10) Sweepstakes entries into the applicable Entry Period for each Adver Game he/she plays.
Limit: Entrant may play the Adver Game (1) time per day and receive (10) Sweepstakes entries for each Adver Game per day.
A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM (midnight) ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on a calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period.
All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked and be received by the dates indicated in the chart above in Section 1. Mail-In Entries must be legibly hand-written. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, Mail-In Entries sent in excess of the entry limits set forth below will not be accepted. Mail-In Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries.
An entrant will receive no more than the above stated number of entries during the Sweepstakes Period. If more than the stated number of entries are received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address during a day, the entries may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) e-mail address or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an entrant is using more than one e-mail address or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that entrant, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, may not be eligible to win a prize.
