To my utter surprise I received a winning screen when I played this earlier in the afternoon. Then got the follow-up email:

We're happy to let you know that our system identified you as a potential winner of a Nike vapor gym bag in the 2014 VSP EnVision Sweepstakes!

I had never heard of anyone winning on this one.
