W Desires Salon Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner I Think!!

The mail person just left me an envelope with an affidavit to fill out inside. The prize is a $1000 American Express gift cheque. The funny part about it is that this sweepstakes ended on March 24th of 2009!!! Only one other time did I receive a win from a year back. I tried calling the enclosed phone number but got the person's voice mail. We'll see.....

I finally heard back from someone at W magazine. I should have a $1,000 check in my possession in the next couple of weeks! Like I first stated, I didn't receive the notification till a year after the sweep ended so don't give up people...you never know when a win may come your way!!
