I sent the affy out certified mail on 8/3. It arrived there 8/6 and a notice left because it was a PO box. By 8/8 when no one had picked it up according to the online tracking, I called the phone number given in the e-mail. It was a voicemail box, so I left a message explaining about the affy, gave my phone number and the tracking number. Within an hour, a woman called me back, she was very nice. She explained that she was on her way to pick up the mail right after returning her calls, and that I should be hearing from someone at GE about the delivery in about 2 weeks.
So.... I got awakened at 8:00 this morning with a phone call from delivery men saying they were going to be here within 1/2 an hour with the washer & dryer!!!! No one had called before this to schedule anything. We raced to get dressed, and it is a darn good thing we did, because they were here in 9 minutes!!!! Ack!!! We had to have them leave the set in the car port because we had nothing ready for receiving them.
I am not complaining at all, it was very nice to get it so quick! But it would have been nice to have known more than 9 minutes before it got here! What a way to wake up!!
