For the last few days I have notice that several of the giveaway say fill out the form below. But there is no form or it is covered by a white box. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.
 
It could be your browser isn't rendering the page(s) properly. It could be a number of things: popup blocker, security settings, or needing to update.

Or ALLOW: If it STILL won't work? Put the pesky site in your allowed:
At the top, click on>TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>SECURITY>TRUSTED SITES>Click on sites button, then type or C&P the site address in add this Web site to the zone then click ok/apply.
