What are you reading?

Lately I have been reading a book called Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. Its a wonderful book! It has a whole lot of romance though, so if your planning on reading it keep that in mind. :laughing: I had one friend start it and stop a quarter of the way through because she thought it was too "Mushy". :lovestory:

I'm also reading a book called To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. It's just about the polar opposite of Twilight and has a lot of hard vocabulary. Lots of lawyer talk, but pretty good besides that.

Have you guys read anything good lately?
 
I bought the innocent mage by karen miller last week but havent gotten around to reading it. Cant stay out of the forums long enough

I'm not reading anything because, it's tough keeping my attention on books anymore. I love reading serial killer stuff, it's interesting if that makes sense. Let us know how this series is, I love the show but, I only see it on local tv.
 
I am reading Duma Key by Stephan King and a Non-fiction book called Weird Hauntings. I just finished One Last Chance by John Edwards

Its Jeff Lindsay. The books are Darkly Dreaming Dexter, Dearly Devoted Dexter and Dexter in the Dark. Dexter is a lot more hardcore in the books than he is in the series. They tone it down quite a bit for TV.
 
Oh yes!! I love the Twilight series!! I posted a thread about this series of books just last week or so. I am currently rereading the 3rd one. Have you read the 2nd one yet? Also, they are making a movie that comes out Dec 12.

On Stephenie Meyer's website she has the first chapter from Midnight Sun that is the story from Edward's point of view. I knew nothing of this series until a few weeks ago. My daughter got me to read the first one because she wanted someone to talk to about the book.LOL I think I love them almost as much as she does.

I haven't read the 2nd or 3rd yet but I have heard about the movie! That should be interesting to watch! :) I didn't know Stephanie Meyer came out with a book from Edwards point of view! I'll have to look into that.
