Yesterday, here in SE Tennessee, it was shirtsleeve weather. Turned off windy and cold for Thanksgiving. The last post mentioned snow; most kids in this area don't even own a sled. We get a good enough snow for sledding about once every 5-8 years. When that once in a childhood event happens, they just use garbage can lids. Or, cardboard boxes.
